I don't think that's an entirely fair comparison. Nox is incapable of defeating Revan, so it can be assumed that Hord was incapable of defeating Revan. This puts Nox somehwere in Hord's range (as Kallig was as powerful as Hord, and Nox is as powerful as Kallig). Hord defeated Khem Val, Nox defeated him as well. His feats are more numerous and more impressive in my opinion.
