Then he will appear in the dung defender's room siting against a wall, his shield and mask covered in dung from the dung defender. Next he will appear sitting to one side of the Mantis Lords' room seemingly asleep. He will do the same with Mato, Sheo and Sly. If the knight has not already been trained by Oro, then Galant will not appear until the Knight has received the training. Galant can then be found in Nailmaster Oro's house training with the Nailmaster. Galant can first be found siting outside the Coliseum of Fools when the Knight first encounters it when approached he will not respond or even acknowledge the knight.
After its defeat Galant wanted to win back its position so it travelled Hollownest searching for the most powerful foes and best Nailmaster. Whilst Galant was the champion of the Coliseum for a while he was eventually defeated by The God Tamer. Known by some as "That mad bug obsessed with combat" and to others as "That one bug who goes around with two nails and a shell." It was eventually given a name by the Coliseum of Fools, who needed a name to present him with. Galant was a failed vessel who escaped from the abyss and, like some other vessels began to develop a will, and to an extent a personality.
